How to reach Airport Weeze

* By Air:
Airport Weeze is a class D airspace (msl-2600ft) Airport with several instrument approaches rwy 27 (ILS) and 09 (Non Precision).

Weeze Airport is not an airport of entry as normally directed in the Airport Directory. However if you fill in the request form (24 hours in advance), Solid Handling will take care of the formalities. We will inform all involved governmental departments. Within a few hours we will let you know in case there are objections from the informed departments.

Standard opening hours airport Monday - Sunday.
AC departing RWY 09 landing RWY 27 05:00-24:00 hrs loc.
AC departing RWY 27 landing RWY 09 06:00-23:00 hrs loc. (in general no exemptions) (04:00-05:00 and 24:00-01:00 departing RWY 09 / landing RWY 27 only with permission of aviation authority).

Saturday, Sunday and national/ public holidays for AC without noise certificate:
Prop AC, motorglider up to MTOW 9.000 kg are prohibited to take off or land between 13:00 and 15:00 hrs local. (Exemptions for aircraft with a historical character).

VFR pilots are requested to enter Weeze CTR via November (north) or Sierra (south) to follow further directions given by ATC.
